Bigotry & hate employed by Cobb School District

from The Ron Show · host Ron Roberts

Reporter Rebecca Gaunt, the Cobb County Courier, dropped a bombshell report earlier this week: three Cobb School District employees have deep ties to a known local hate group and its founder, who espoused the "death penalty" for "out" gay people. Knowing this makes some sense of the bitterly partisan communique from the school board's email account earlier this year, and bowties with the district's recent book ban binge and firing of an elementary school teacher for reading an innocuous book about gender inclusivity. Gaunt gives us the background on her most recent story; then Jennifer Susko and Micheal Garza with the Cobb Community Care Coalition introduce us to their group's mission tovfoster inclusive classrooms for students and healthy work environments for educators, and how other concerned Cobb citizens and parents can get involved.
