He holds a Masters degree in Counseling with a concentration on Marriage and Family and many Leadership and Management certifications. Bill is best recognized in his field as being forward-looking with his vision, empowering the people around him to reach their fullest potential, and maintaining the respect and dignity of the people he serves.
