Bill was born in Portland, Indiana. He is a martial artist, actor, author, instructor and so much more. He studied at Ball State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in physical education.He also earned his masters in Kinesiology from Memphis State University. He is the author of a college textbook on karate and kinesiology. He was a play by play commentator for UFC #1 in 1993 along side former guest of the show Kathy Long. He was elected to the Black Belt Hall of fame as Tournament Karate Fighter of the Year in 1973and again as Man of the Year in 1978. His film credits include such movies as A Force of One with Chuck NorrisContinental Divide & Neighbors with John Belushi, The Protector with Jackie Chan and more… He continues to teach seminars across the US and abroad.
