Billings talks GOP outrage over Gov. Evers terminology: "the spouse of the inseminated person"

Here's a clip from Wisconsin state Rep. Jill Billings on what she calls manufactured Republican outrage over the term "inseminated person." In his budget proposal, Wisconsin Gov.
