Bills Claim Quentin Skinner and Release Deven Thompkins

The Buffalo Bills recently strengthened their roster by adding wide receiver Quentin Skinner after he was released by the New York Jets. Standing at 6-foot-5, Skinner brings one year of professional experience and a collegiate background from the University of Kansas to the team's training camp. To make room for this new acquisition, the organization officially waived receiver Deven Thompkins. This transaction is part of a broader series of offseason personnel changes aimed at refining the squad for the 2026 season. Other recent updates mentioned include the signing of the entire draft class and various veteran additions across the offense and defense. These moves collectively demonstrate the team’s strategy to build depth and competition as they prepare for upcoming league play.
