A musician for most of his life, Kelly started telling jokes formally in 2015 and is one of the central figures in the Lewisburg scene. He runs the C.O.M.I.C. open mic at Civil War Cider with Bill Russum and has released his second comedy album, "This is a Family Show," on Audible.
