Richard Kerr is back with us again and we finally get to learn what his new job is. He's joined by Dave Canty, Head of Loyalty for BILT. Dave ran the loyalty programs at places like IHG and JetBlue after spending time at Starwood Preferred Guest. The BILT team has designed a program that allows anyone who rents an apartment, home, condo, you name it to earn valuable miles or points on that monthly expense.
