Binary System Podcast #278: Beastars, Lore Olympus, and going way too dark for a Thursday

Macho lions and meat-eating deer? A wolf in drag? The hallucination with the moth?? We're very confused, but we do know the homoerotic subtext is text and goes to a really dark place. After that we talk about the latest episode of Lore Olympus and how it's going to freaking kill us to wait three weeks to find out what happens, but going by the look on Daphne's face, it's nothing good. So if all that wasn't dark enough, a discussion about helicopters segues into a talk about death, dismemberment, and illegal organ "procurement" that was so hilariously horrifying we stuck in a content warning just in case you want to skip it. (It's not that we're sorry we went so dark, we're just sorry we didn't wait for October. Now we'll have to dig up something even more horrible for Halloween, goshdarnit...)
