Binary System Podcast #49 - "Within the Wires" and "Transformers"

from Binary System Podcast Archive · host Binary System Podcast Archive

Original broadcast date August 25, 2016. The original podcast post is here: https://pixelatedgeek.com/2016/08/binary-system-podcast-49-within-the-wires-and-transformers/ The Binary System Podcast team would like to clarify that we're enjoying the "Within The Wires" podcast, and that we really really like the Transformers. Really, we're great big fans. Please keep that in mind when we spend more than twenty minutes complaining about them. Seriously though, if you were confused about what was going on in More Than Meets the Eye #56 you really need to listen to this podcast. You'll probably still be confused (we sure are) but you'll know a heck of a lot more than you did. Correction: it's Garrison Blackrock, not Gareth Blackrock. Whatever. We still don't like you Mister Proto-Headmaster, go away. Many thanks to TFwiki for the staggering amount of Transformers info they serve, usually with a side of snark. The article Kathryn mentioned about the worst episodes of Transformers ever is here. Surprisingly, the episode with Starscream and Cyclonus' voices getting mixed up didn't make the list. Not surprisingly, lots of post-movie episodes did. The Transformers fan artist we mentioned is The-Starhorse on deviantart. She's awesome. http://the-starhorse.deviantart.com/ And yes, Thor Ragnarok is all over tumblr, and everything looks very nice. Especially that black suit of Tom's, yes indeedee. If you want to follow along with Fanart Fridays, check us out on Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter (and possibly Instagram!) You can listen to episodes of Within the Wires right here. http://podbay.fm/show/1121391184
