At BIOFACH, we joined sessions and looked for individuals who were looking to converse on the topic of health, health claims and the importance of health as a key factor in 'pushing' Organic and vegetarian production and consumption. After attending several sessions and discussing with many other individuals, we settled to have a conversation with Thomas Roland who is the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager of Coop Denmark (Danish Consumers Cooperative Society). The Coop Danmark is the second-biggest retailer of consumer goods in Denmark, with a market share of 40% and 1.4 million members. With this background and huge reach and access to consumers, it will allow us to have an insight of the consumers role in contributing to holistic health. Enjoy!
