Ramón Saba nació en Tenares, República Dominicana, el 2 de octubre de 1948. Es poeta, escritor, publicitario y gestor cultural. Ha publicado cuatro libros: Por fin las Amapolas y Música de Septiembre (poemarios), Cuentos para Noches de Luna Llena y Antología de Sonetos Dominicanos Siglo XXI. También ha sido prologuista de varios autores, incluyendo la escritora cubana Olga Consuegra, las poetas Azucena del Valle, Jennet Tineo y Denisse Español, el musicólogo Fernando Rodríguez de Mondesert y la experta en crecimiento personal Doris Ponciano, entre otros, así como presentador de varias obras de diferentes autores.
