Addison Rae owned Coachella 2026 Weekend 2 on Saturday night, April 18, when Olivia Rodrigo crashed her set for an electrifying surprise that could redefine both their careers. According to WPRO and 1053 Hot FM reports, the duo kicked off with a joint rendition of Rae's hit Headphones On, trading verses with chemistry that exploded across social media, then debuted Rodrigo's new single Drop Dead live for the first time, launching her third album era ahead of its June 12 release on You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So In Love. Complex confirms the high-energy pairing of Headphones On and Drop Dead turned the desert stage into instant viral gold, marking Rae's biggest festival moment yet and solidifying her shift from TikTok star to pop powerhouse. Rae's style stole the spotlight too, per Marie Claire, rocking a deep half-moon French manicure with thick white tips evoking peak 2000s Carmela Soprano vibes, while Rodrigo dazzled in a pink gift-wrapped bra over spring denim. No major headlines in the past 24 hours, but this Coachella triumph dominates chatter, with fans speculating unconfirmed buzz about a full collaborative EPthough nothing verified from reliable outlets. Business-wise, Rae's set amps hype for her own music trajectory post her recent singles, potentially boosting brand deals in fashion and beauty. Social mentions surged on platforms like X and Instagram, with clips racking up millions of views praising the Rae-Rodrigo friendship glow-up. This festival feat, Rae's most significant live collab to date, cements her biographical arc from dancer to headliner with lasting industry pull.
