Today we have on Kylee Van Horn and Zoë Rom, who are hosts of the Your Diet Sucks Podcast, to discuss how to demystify the whole world of biohacking. Kylee Van Horn is a registered dietitian and nutritionist who specializes in helping endurance athletes optimize their fueling to perform better and live better lives. She is the owner at Fly Nutrition and has helped tons of athletes dial in their nutrition. Zoë Rom is an ultrarunner, coach, and author who has tons of experience working with athletes to crush their running goals, and has an extensive ultrarunning career of her own, placing at the podium of Leadville 100 this prior year among many other ultra finishes.
