Biological Male V Biological Female. Fair?

Ms. Millen, an officiate at the USA Swimming events, resigned from her position because a transgender woman who is a biological male is competing against biological females. Of Course, I have no problem with the trans community, but I do Have an issue with what qualifies a person to claim a gender and then compete unfairly. This discourse leads to a more significant problem. What is the definition of a woman, and why are so-called feminists so quick to dispose of that definition?  There is a lot to discuss.  What are your thoughts?
