Recently someone asked me if Biomotional and Biomechanical are synonymous? In this episode I consider the two, coming from the fact that movement is not an intellectual process!! In my world we are not biomechanical at all ever...so sticking "bio" infront of a word and describing different hinges and levers to justify using "levers" as synonyms for "joints" in the human body doesn't make us mechanical.
