Meredith Montana AKA online as the Bionic Ballerina !Meredith shares her journey with spinal fusion , scoliosis diagnosis and how she before anything she knew she was a dancer and never took NO for answer when it came to following her dreams and proving that she COULD and can do SO much with Scoliosis and a fused spine. Meredith opens up about her recovery journey from spinal fusion and how we need to be patient with ourselves and our minds as we recover and the importance of mental health after recovery and SO much more !
