from The Architecture of Health · host Deborah Voisin

Dr. Michele Tarento is a health-through-movement pioneer who has decades of education and experience as a physician, an osteopath, a biology professor, and a professional modern dancer. She is also the inventor of a somatic approach to movement and posture called Oseto-Eveil©. In our interview, Michele explains how the architecture of our bodies is dynamic, a state of constantly rebalancing tensions-- an expression of biotensegrity. The bones are our most compressed tissue and the benefits of awakening them through simple practices that she describes in our interview is backed by solid research. One of her instructors, Agnes Douillet, helps explain the work. She has a 10 minute video teaching a beginning-level practice on her webiste at https://www.agnesdouillet.com/ You can learn more about Michele Tarento and Osteo-Eveil© at http://www.osteo-eveil.fr/traduction.html
