Birthing by the Sacred Mountain

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Tahlia. Tahlia is a mama of two from NSW, Australia. She is a Clinical Nutritionist with a special interest in women's health. She has an interesting story about how she prepared to become pregnant with over a year of preconception preparation. Today we will speak to her conscious pre conception preparation, her first birth at 14 weeks to her spirit baby and then to her two home births to her two living children.  She birthed both of her sons into the world at her rainforest home at the base of the sacred mountain Wollumbin, with independent midwives.  And as of this year, 2021, Tahlia has released her first book "Nourishing Those Who Nurture" - More than A Food Bible for New Mums. This book shares wellness advice for birth preparation, postpartum support and is full of delicious recipes for the first weeks, months and years.
