Bishop Regan greets Benedict XVI on behalf of the people of Wales

Bishop Edwin Regan, then Bishop of Wrexham and a fluent Welsh speaker, welcomed Pope Benedict XVI on behalf of the faithful of Wales. He spoke in both his mother tongue and in English.
