Taking a break sometimes seems like a foreign concept to me. I don't take breaks as often as I should, and when I do I'm regretting every second of it. After a little beach day that I decided to give myself, I realize the importance of taking breaks and having time to breath a little bit. I dive into my mindset behind taking breaks and how important they are especially during crazy times.
