Bite-Size Edition: The One Where She Riffs About Being Curious

You know how in "Alice in Wonderland" it's her curiosity that sends her down the rabbit hole?

Well, I kind of dig that. Because I'm all about being curious. Towards ourselves and others.

I believe curiosity is the first step in understanding ourselves. And it takes courage to BE curious with ourselves. Because when we DO go down that rabbit hole...we may be faced with things that aren't so pleasant about ourselves. And once we see that, it's hard to un-see it. Or maybe even impossible.

When we have the courage to be curious with ourselves, and accept ourselves as we are without judgment...how would we show up differently? When we have a better understanding as to the "why" behind what we do, what we choose to allow...would we make different choices going forward?

Would we also have more compassion towards others? And maybe seek to understand...versus judge? How would the world look different if we were just curious....and saw things as "interesting" versus "good" or "bad?"
