BiVo018: Lessons from 14 years of marriage to Olu Sobanjo
from BiVo Podcast: Encouragement for BiVocational Pastors and Cell church Ministers
On the 14th of August 14 years ago (2004) I got married to this beautiful daughter of God – Olu Sobanjo. Lots of good things have happened as you can imagine in 14 years. I am happy to announce that I am grateful to God for giving me such a wonderful wife. I do not take the credit for choosing her. God helped me! Now that I have the benefit of hindsight I choose her again today and every day. On this episode of the BiVo Podcast, I share just 6 lessons out of many that I have learnt over the years! Enjoy. Lessons 2 people are better than one There is much more in your spouse than what you can see immediately You need your spouse to be a great minister because ministry starts at home An authentic following of Christ does a better job than teaching and talking Praying for your spouse is the best prayer you can pray for yourself after “Lord have your way in me”. If you continue to aim at being a blessing to your spouse – you will have a successful ministry!
