One of the questions I'm asked about the most is how I book awesome guests, and what to do when it comes to the interviewing process.   It can seem super intimidating, especially if you're new to doing this sort of thing, and I'm giving you all the tools that will help you get started with the process AND have your guest feeling super comfortable and excited to work with you.  At the end of the day it's about building long-term relationships with people, because that's what matters the most.  Don't forget, your guest is a human being!  Sometimes we can get ourselves so stressed about the idea of reaching out to someone farther ahead than us that it can feel really overwhelming.
