BizzleCast 74: REVENGE OF THE SITH (2005) Film Commentary by The Bizzle

from The BizzleCast Podcast by The Bizzle

You kinda need to watch this before ROGUE ONE drops this week - ok, you don’t have to - given its proximity in terms of timeline to the new “Star Wars Story” movie. But when I revisited this movie last year, ten years later after it sealed my horrid disappointment with the Prequel Trilogy, I actually found myself - dare I say it - liking this movie! It was the most fun, the least cheesy, Hayden Christensen is just bad as opposed to terribly horrible, Yoda and Obi-Wan steal the show (as they should), and it’s so damn dark and murderous for Star Wars you kind of have to appreciate the balls on Lucas. This is a real solid scifi movie and it does feel like Star Wars, which in the end is what’s truly important. I’ll leave it there, because if you like this movie I think you’ll really like my commentary, and if you don’t like it, then I have almost one hundred other great podcasts to check out! No intro or countdown here - queue it up to 00:00:00 and hit play here and your TV/computer/other viewing device at the same time and enjoy.
