BJ SHEA and Bob Rivers became friends at a Morning Show Boot Camp 30 years ago. Despite being direct competitors on the radio, they coached and learned from each other the entire time. Bob taught BJ how not to get fired, and BJ taught Bob to let his tiny freak flag fly. Plus there are some things from the past that BJ will have to delicately explain to his Daughter. Anytime we get too technical about the ratings, or dealing with management, Joe will distract us with a good FOOD analogy. Spike and BJ both talk about going from 2nd banana to hosting your own show.
