I’d like to reflect on the issue surrounding injustice in the US and around the world. We are interconnected in the world and I’d like to think of how each of us are subjected to unfair treatment sometimes in the community, work and sometimes at play. Many of us sometimes don’t recognize that because we may be different, we are often subjected to unfair treatment that we may or may not be able to always recognized. As a woman of color I sometimes experience several unfair treatments like you. Some times we recognize unfair treatments like discrimination but others may not even recognize these issues. The lack of knowledge the people perish, according to the good book. In light of diversity, unity is required to avoid the trauma of divisions in the world. So we’ll go over some terms related to unfair treatments and their definitions, to boost our knowledge base so we can identify when we experience them. I’ll share a personal experience with race and its downfall when knowledge is absent. Donna
