She is now providing part-time and fractional Project Management to help small and medium-sized companies thrive and loves working with not-for-profits to help them give back to their community. Recently, Sandy has taken her hobby and love of cooking and baking and started a new baking business called SNickelFritz Kitchens. Her bakery business has become known for its hand-crafted butter tarts made with pure, simple ingredients that are delivered fresh to your door!During our conversation, Sandy answers these questions: what is the Black Dog? And when did it come onto your life? What has been the most difficult and the biggest blessing about owning and living with this dog?
