Black family workings, why is it that some women don't take advice so easily from men.

Women only seem to take advice from there bosses or the pastors from they're church. The lack of men in the household leaves women in a position not to take advice from men growing up. The lack of strong men and positive men also lead women to not take advice from men. Who the church is sometimes detrimental in the workings of a family. How family hide there family secrets and never correct the problems in there family, leaving some kids as collateral damage.
