É um fato que a Black Friday 2020 será completamente diferente do que conhecemos. Na China, a comemoração do maior dia de compras do mundo, o Dia dos Solteiros, aconteceu entre 01 e 11 de novembro. Os maiores players de e-commerce chinês, Alibaba e JD, faturaram 115 bilhões de dólares em vendas. Para isso, essas empresas precisaram criar modelos elaborados de logística, usando inteligência artificial e outras infraestruturas tanto físicas quanto tecnológicas. Esse ano, as duas empresas precisaram lidar com as mudanças no comportamento de compras, causadas pela pandemia. Já aqui no Brasil, empresas com forte presença digital, como a Magazine Luiza, aumentaram seu valor de mercado durante a crise. Segundo a CEO, Luiza Trajano, o contexto local foi fundamental para esse avanço.
