Mickens, II (Chapter President) Bro. Dr. Cedric R. Harris (Chapter Vice-President) Bro. Anthony D. Cox, Jr., Esq. (Events/Fundraising Committee Chair) Bro. David Saunders (National Programs Committee Chair) Bro. Kwasi Abrokwa (National Programs Committee Vice-Chair) Located in Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania sits the only Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. alumni chapter in Central Pennsylvania. Through a long legacy of community service in the Harrisburg area, ZTL has provided scholarships, mentoring to youth, voter registration and education, community clean ups and so much more! The Zeta Theta Lambda Foundation and its Black and Gold Campaign have assisted in facilitating local and national Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. initiatives as well as purchasing a building for future community programs. In addition, this alumni chapter sponsors two college chapters: Gamma Nu, at The Pennsylvania State University-University Park and Iota Sigma, at Gettysburg College, Franklin & Marshall College, Millersville and Shippensburg Universities.
