black on black crime, white racism , dangerous mentally ill targeting me part2

I have a long history of attracting criminals, evil people to me for no reason,and the black hoodlums, or the white racists ,or dangerous criminals or the mentally ill criminals----i do not want these types around me or near me or coming to me i am not open to negative people , hoodlums ---- of all types, and i have keep away ,but when some mentally ill homeless, or some nosy racist come over to me with racist language, or threats, =that is dangerous, i have to keep safe by staying away from them,  I am a color blind person but i am open to bad people regardless of race ,status, etc.
