Black Power Is v2
from SeanMN Hosted by SeanMN
Updated mix, thought it was a relevant time for a re-post. Song inspired by an audio sample from a video shot by a friend at a protest in front of the OPD station over imposed curfews on marches after dark under Mayor Libby Schaaf that were imposed on the #SayHerName assembly a few days prior, circumventing certain 1st amendment rights.. Very powerful chant organized against police violence enacted on women of color, as well as against the attempts to silence that organizing. "Don't fear the revolution, black power is the solution."
