Black Women in Leadership Part 2

In this episode featuring Black Women in Leadership, you'll hear host, Romeo Effs engage with guests - Rasheen Roper Robinson and Nneka Orji. They were joined by Precious Lwanga who co-hosted with Romeo but also doubled as a guest. They covered the issues that they've faced as Black women leaders in the spaces they occupy. The discussion ranged from their individual experiences in the spaces of education, finance and construction. The ladies shared with Romeo their experience with Black hair, their Blackness and doing the self work despite lack of support, sexism, colourism and racism.
