Blackflame- Chapters 1-3

Thank you so much to Andrew for commissioning this episode! I'm so SO excited to get into the next book in the Cradle series, and I'm stoked to find out exactly what the deal is with the path of Blackflame. Turns out that the family basically self-destructed after growing into a huge power, and the Naru clan are actually the ones in power now. There ARE evidently some Blackflames remaining, but we're not allowed to know who that is! I really love the moment when Jai Long gets total and unconditional support from the Sandvipers, because it's something that he's never experienced and he was absolutely expecting to be held responsible for Kral's death. I love it and I found it so moving and I'm so annoyed at the way I'm on his side despite the fact that he's coming after Lindon. Thank you so much for listening, and I will see you all again soon with a new episode!
