BlackRock, Vanguard Accused of Antitrust Violations By Texas

from Rose Unplugged · host Rose Unplugged

Texas AG Ken Paxton breaks this story with Rose while she was guest-hosting for Hannity Radio Show. BlackRock Inc, Vanguard Group Inc and State Street Corp were sued by a group of states led by Texas for allegedly breaking antitrust law by boosting electricity prices through their investments in the highest profile lawsuit yet against the ESG industry. Rose: "Basically what they allegedly did was start buying up stocks of the major coal producers so they could force them to adopt their so-called green policies - which resulted in limiting the amount of coal they could produce using climate change as an excuse. That limits the supply of coal, and when you limit supply and not demand, the price of the coal goes up, which means they make huge profits and at the same time energy users have to pay more for their energy all with an eye supposedly to their mission which is to cut the supply of coal.
