In the first part of this two part episode Greg Greenlee and Ayori Selassie are joined by recent participants of the Tech Women Emerging Leaders program,Emma Marie Ndoringoma of Rwanda, andNathalie Tekam of Camaroon, for a very inspiring and informative discussion.The Tech Women program empowers, connects, and supports the next generation of women leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) from Africa and the Middle East by providing them the access and opportunity needed to advance their careers, pursue their dreams, and inspire women and girls in their communities. The Tech Women program pairs the women with female role models and mentors in Silicon Valley. The women are hosted by a participating company to network and learn from their mentors.
