Blackstone’s attempt to purchase TXNM Energy, the parent company of Texas-New Mexico Power

Nancy White details how Blackstone, the parent company of BlackRock (now two separate entities on paper) are trying to seal a deal for $11.5b to purchase the Texas-New Mexico Grid. The hearing was put on hold when Nancy successfully raised awareness and got enough people to protest the hearing on Dec. 15th, but it’s only been delayed. Nancy discusses the relationship between Blackstone and BlackRock, how they both support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), a core reason for the current Texas AG’s lawsuit against BlackRock, and how a key part of why the Texas power grid is so unstable is because solar and wind technology have offset coal and oil. These efforts are directly related to WEF (World Economic Forum) goals for a net zero carbon future. Texas Governor Abbott has long been an ally of WEF and even has his own page on their website. There is a concerted effort by massive corporations with stated agendas (WEF published the phrase “You'll own nothing and be happy”). They’re telling you what their intentions are, and they’re making it a reality.
