Blake Bolden breaks down scouting, making WoHo an inclusive space

from Founding 4 Podcast Hosted by Black Rosie Media

Blake Bolden is one of the women prominently featured in the Black Hockey History mobile museum making its way to NHL markets in the 2019-20 season. She won a Clarkson Cup with the Boston Blades of the CWHL and the inaugural Isobel Cup with the Boston Pride (NWHL). Today, she is making history as part of the PWHPA and as a AHL scout in the Los Angeles Kings organization. On this episode, Blake breaks down what she does as a scout, offers her impressions of the Black Hockey History truck, and offers insight on conversations on racism and microaggressions in Women’s Hockey. I may be biased, but Blake Bolden is always a must-listen!
