First, The plaintiff says she and the defendant were friends. After they became roommates, the plaintiff says she realized the defendant was a heavy drinker who trashed her home and vandalized her car, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff used to bring random men home even though she had a boyfriend. She insists she never damaged the plaintiff’s car. Then, The plaintiff says she started dating the defendant at 15 and got pregnant at 19. She claims the defendant began denying paternity and left her to care for the child on her own, so she’s suing. The defendant says he petitioned the court for a DNA test because he claims the plaintiff cheated with his best friend. He insists he’ll care for his child if he’s the father. Plus, The plaintiff says the defendant is her daughter, but she became addicted to pain pills, heroin, and meth after having surgery. She’s desperate to get her child some help, and she’s suing her for loans, breach of contract, and emotional distress. The defendant admits she became addicted to pain meds, but she insists her mother is suing for more than she owes.
