Elisa's sister Ruby wanted to clarify a few things, and address a couple of points. When she vanished, 13 year old Elisa was described at being Hispanic, 5'0, 120 pounds with Black hair and Brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue Mickey Mouse t-shirt, dark blue culotte shorts and sneakers.
