Blankenberg Brings Big Talent to Bonnies

St. Bonaventure just got a major boost with the signing of six-foot-eight wing Cameron Blankenberg, who’s already on campus for summer ball and set to debut in 2026-27. A two-time All-Greater Rochester honoree and standout at Winchendon and City Rocks, Blankenberg averages over 10 points and 9 rebounds while shooting 40% from three. Coming from a basketball family, he’s got the fire and passion for the game, and his academic reclassification means he’s joining the team a year early — adding depth and local chemistry alongside Mason Blackwood and Ryan Heath. Coach Mike MacDonald is thrilled: Blankenberg’s versatility, scoring, and rebounding make him a future star. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
