Prof Rezan Abdul-Kadir is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Royal Free Hospital in London and Debra Pollard is an Advanced Nurse Practicioner at the Katharine Dormandy Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre, Royal Free Hospital in London, UK.
