Blessed are the Peacemakers

What does it actually mean to be a peacemaker? In this message, we're digging into Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God," and discovering that the peace Jesus is talking about is bigger, deeper, and far more demanding than a quiet moment or a peaceful feeling. It's shalom, the Hebrew word for wholeness in every direction: with God, with each other, with the world itself. We'll look at how Jesus doesn't just bring this peace, He is this peace, and what it looks like to move from peace we find to peace we make. Join us as we continue our series on the Beatitudes.
