Blessed to be Bored?

Going into my 30’s its no doubt that things have slowed down substantially. At this point in my life I have no choice but to face a daunting emotion that many in the modern day fight hard to stay far from, I’m talking about boredom. You be the judge! Should we be constantly entertained? OR should we embrace this uncomfortable state of mind & realize that boredom is the birthplace of genius.
