Blessing or Curse

How do we receive blessings from God? Being “good”?  Volunteering at the local homeless shelter? Giving a lot of money to church or a charity? These things aren’t bad, but they’re not what gets the attention of God. What does then? Good question. Repentance. God can’t even hear the prayer of a sinner until they have repented of their sins. How do we repent? How do we know we’ve repented?
