Blind Summit Whisky - James Zorab and Jamie Dawson Indy Bottlers on the side

James and Jamie have been old pals for years and having worked and lived together throughout their friendship, they are now co-owners of Blind Summit Whisky. Both James and Jamie have shard a passion for whisky and worked within the industry in many different roles and positions.Like a well balanced blend, the pair compliment each other brilliantly with their knowledge, expertise and experiences. Jamie has spent a large part of his career in the sales and trade part of the industry while James has spent time understanding flavours and production. Jamie is currently working for the Cork and Cask shop in Edinburgh and Jamie runs the Lowland Bond in Fife which is owned by Edinburgh Whisky.
