Blindness

Spiritual blindness is more dangerous than we think. This episode contrasts true faith with the self-deception of those blind to their own sin—like the pastor who delighted in his empty sermons. As Isaiah warns, a blind generation stumbles toward judgment. But while the blind have no future, those in Christ—though they may suffer—are “more than conquerors.” Sight begins with the light of God’s truth.
