This week Brett and Walker discuss Blizzard's fall from grace. While events about the workplace culture have dominated headlines this year and driven many to seek work or play elsewhere, we wanted to explore the degradation in Blizzard's gaming catalogue. A company that constantly pushed the envelope with innovation has failed to innovate in a meaningful way in years. The workplace culture of sexism and misogyny would be sufficient reason to walk away in the first place but the quality of games hasn't held up either.

Now, before you all pick up your torches and pitchforks, let me explain… it’s not something I’m proud of but, in my defense, I genuinely thought it was true… Of course, that came crashing down in my 20’s. You see. being a “Little Miss. Know It All” is great. You live in the ignorance that you know everything and most people just go with it, until that one fateful day where you realize you don’t know squat. Suddenly this becomes the reason you descend into a pit of existential fear. For a while I had no idea how to handle this revelation. I even took a philosophy course in the hope of figuring it out but alas, all that led to is more questions… I will save you the gory details, but after a lot (and I mean a lot!) of contemplation and soul searchi Explicit Samuel Cooksey Project Samuel Cooksey Samuel Cooksey sits down with comedians, musicians, artist, and even bird watchers.
