Important to note he said this referring to a fraud case pursued by the CFTC in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against an unregistered entity. The renewed crypto momentum is attributed to the rise of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) for digital assets, with several Bitcoin ETFs listed and spot Ether ETFs expected soon.
