Investigative subpoenas have been issued to US companies. The Ethereum Foundation received a confidential inquiry. Previously disclosed government inquiries were removed from their website. A Swiss regulator may also be involved. Analysts doubt SEC approval for Ether ETFs due to limited engagement.
